Items to Support CPVC System Installation
The two main accessories that support CPVC system installation are hangers and cement. The “no block hanger” is a two-hole strap that eliminates blocking to the beam when hanging CPVC pipe. These hangers provide vertical restraint, eliminating the need for additional hangers and are to be placed before the ceiling is installed.
One-step CPVC cement is specifically formulated for use with BlazeMaster® pipe, fittings and adapters. Review solvent cementing instructions in the IH-1900 Handbook prior to installation.
